We are Kian Seng Culinary Pte Ltd, and we have been providing food catering services such as banquets and buffets for major events at temples, bereavements; smaller events for homes and offices since 2018. We are currently located at Mandai Foodlink.
Based on the event scale, we are able to provide the following:
•Buffets – customers get to choose from our menu of ala carte or packaged items; food will be served with complimentary drinks and complete buffet set-up (min. 30 pax to qualify);
•Sit-Down Banquets – the menu quoted is subject to your budget per table; and
•Bereavement – choice of packaged buffet; sit-down dinner and/or lunch, or smaller selections like dim-sum.
We believe in preparing/creating our food with passion – through the use of quality ingredients and serving delicious and nutritious meals to our customers at a fair and reasonable price.

Our Director, Mr Alvin Lee, has worked alongside his father, Mr Lee Huay Chang, when he was a teenager at Kian Seng Seafood Restaurant Pte Ltd. With a keen eye for opportunities and an entrepreneurial spirit, Alvin sees the potential in expanding the business to include a central kitchen so that he can meet the demand and reach out to a wider network of customers.
As the business develops, we are looking to manufacture and produce frozen food to supply to local wet markets and in time to come – local supermarkets.
